General / Warranty Support

CME chambers comes with global warranty which is valid till 12 months from installations or 14 months from invoicing. During the warranty tenure our service engineers will regularly visit your site and will perform general maintenance to ensure that you could perform an un-interrupted testing.

Preventive Maintenance Plan

Preventive Maintenance plan/contract is a part of annual maintenance contract for the periodic maintenance of CME’s test chambers at customer’s site to enhance/optimize the performance of the systems during its usage. It involves planned numbers of periodic maintenance, regular visits and emergency support. During each visit all sub systems such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration and structural components are thoroughly checked and their performance is monitored to ensure that the chamber delivers its optimal performance.

Calibration will be done at free of cost during the contract period. Prior to the implementation of the annual maintenance program on the equipment our trained service Engineer/technician will be deputed to inspect the condition of the equipment or in-case the inspection is already done/knowledge of problems are already known the detailed action plan for putting back the machines to working conditions will be intimated to customers. We request customers to follow the operating procedures given in the maintenance/operation manual or those trained by CME engineer to manage breakdown time.

Comprehensive Maintenance Plan

Comprehensive maintenance plan covers complete service need of the chamber. It covers more area of servicing as compared to preventive maintenance. There are stipulated number of periodic maintenance, visits by service engineers and emergency visits. Here majority of the component cost will also be borne by CME. During each visit all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and refrigeration components will be thoroughly checked as per the comprehensive maintenance check-list and product performance will be accessed.

Comprehensive maintenance, routine checks and minor adjustments will be carried out to ensure that the test chamber runs in an optimum condition as a part of this service. The service will include rectification / repair / replacement of any parts found faulty or defective. Calibration will be done at free of cost during the contract period.
