CME's Walk-In chambers are designed for simulating, monitoring, and controlling environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity. All these chambers feature double-walled, modular construction that is easy to assemble on-site. They are available in standard sizes and can be customized to meet specific requirements. Forced air circulation, facilitated by a fan blower, ensures uniform conditions. Intelligent control systems and dedicated software enhance performance. These chambers can be equipped with optional standby refrigeration and humidity systems for uninterrupted operation.
Types of Flooring
Step-In Flooring
The Walk-In chamber is installed on an existing floor with 150 mm – 200 mm insulation. Step-In flooring is suitable for applications where the test specimen is lightweight and requires easy mobility within the test space.
Step Less Flooring
For testing entire vehicles or heavier specimens, Step Less flooring is used for easier access from the ground to the test space. The seamless floor is created by embedding wall panels and is insulated from below.
