MIL Standard Dust Test Chamber

The 1000L Dust Test Chamber simulates dusty environment to validate the reliability and functioning of specimen under extreme environment. Being an ideal option for testing electronics and automotive components, the chamber’s dust composition, dust concentration levels, test duration and dust injections to the test space are exclusively designed to comply with the MIL-810F test standard.


The military standard MIL-810F dust test chamber is equipped with standard features to improve your testing experience yet delivering performance.



Doors & Viewing windows
  • Single Door with lockable handle and large viewing window of size approximately 400 mm x 400 mm.
  • Durable construction and good visual display of specimen during testing.
Test Space
  • The test space is made of 304 grade SS treated for erosion resistance and high temperature applications to avoid creep failure. Chamber exterior is made of GI with electrostatic powder coating.
  • Non corrosive and long lasting
  • Can accommodate various size of specimen
  • Offer high wear resistant.
Port Holes
  • Two port holes of approximately 125 mm diameter with high quality plugs.
  • Enable to conduct live testing on specimen.
Refrigeration System
  • The chamber uses air cooled compressor for temperature control along with environment friendly Non – CFC refrigerant.
  • Higher refrigeration efficiency for prolonged duration.
Chamber Sensors
  • The chamber has many sensors like follows:
  • Temperature Control: Pt 100 Temperature Sensor
  • Humidity Control: Electronic Humidity Sensor
  • Air Velocity Control: Air Speed Sensor.
  • Dust Concentration Control: Electronic Concentration Control by Calibrated Smoke meter.
  • Offer large amount of insightful testing data for analysing specimen’s reliability.
