AQUA – Rain Chambers Designed for the simulation of Rain/Water Spray as per IEC-60529, IS-9000 Part XVI-1983 and JIS-D 0203-1976 with features like fully Non-corrosive interior and exterior. Characteristic water flow patterns as per IPX1 – IPX4 and R1, R2, S1 & S2 standards.

AQUA – Design and Construction

  • Exterior with non-corrosive FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic).
  • Interior with non-corrosive FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) / stainless steel.



  • Large capacity (100 Ltrs) water reservoir with automatic water refilling facility.
  • Rotating test table to expose the specimen for spray from all sides.
  • Rotating spray and rain nozzle arms are designed for JIS specification.
  • The chamber is also designed for multiple tests as per different standards
  • Designed for re-circulation of water for continuous tests.
  • Required pressure regulators, flow meters & guages for pressure and flow control of sprays.
